Flag Waver was recently in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, London. It makes an appearance in this itv news piece about the exhibition. Look out at 0:40. There is also a Q & A with Nik and four other exhibitors in Hole & Corner, 'What it feels like to be in the RA Summer Exhibition.'
In this photograph, at Haddon Hall, the tapestry behind, was commissioned by Charles I, king of England, Scotland and Ireland and an avid art collector. He was executed in 1649, and his art collection was sold on, whilst England was a republic. The monarchy was restored in 1660.
